This Privacy Notice for Colourswift Limited explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services, including our website, mobile applications, VPN services, DNS filtering services, and cloud services.

AvarionX Antivirus provides antivirus protection through a combination of on-device scanning and cloud-assisted threat intelligence. All file analysis and scanning logic execute locally on device. No file contents, metadata, or scan results are uploaded to or stored on ColourSwift servers.
When enabled, realtime protection may submit cryptographic file hashes for threat lookup purposes only. Hash lookups do not include file contents and are not used for profiling, analytics, or advertising.
Manual scans may be performed without cloud lookups. When cloud lookups are disabled, all detection is performed entirely on-device.
Permissions such as storage or notification access are requested solely to enable local scanning and realtime protection.
VX-Link is the network protection component of ColourSwift. It includes Secure VPN and DNS Filtering functionality.
Secure VPN routes your device traffic through our VPN servers using modern encryption protocols. While connected, your public IP address is replaced with the IP address of the selected server region.
DNS Filtering routes DNS queries through our filtering infrastructure to block known malware domains, advertisements, trackers, and other unwanted categories. DNS Filtering may be used independently or together with Secure VPN.
We do not retain browsing history. We do not retain DNS query history linked to individual users. DNS queries are processed in transit solely for the purpose of applying filtering rules and returning a response.
To operate the service, validate subscriptions, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability, we may process limited technical data including IP address, selected server region, connection status, aggregate bandwidth usage totals, and device identifiers. This data is used strictly for service functionality, security, and account management purposes.
We may generate limited diagnostic and operational logs necessary to maintain, secure, and improve the service. Such logs are not designed to create or retain records of individual browsing activity.
We collect only the information necessary to provide and maintain our services.
We do not collect precise location data, contact lists, behavioural tracking data, or advertising profiles.
We process personal information under contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where applicable.
Account-related data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymised unless retention is required by law.
Technical and operational data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and ensure security.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Communications with cloud services and VPN infrastructure are encrypted using modern standards.
