These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and Colourswift Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, mobile applications, cloud services, security services, developer tools, app store services, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
We provide technology services, which may include cloud storage, mobile applications, security tools, app discovery, APK scanning, app store listings, developer tools, and related services.
SafeHaven is a security-focused Android app distribution and discovery service. We may provide app metadata, repository links, developer identity signals, verification status, scan results, signing key information, version history, and other trust or transparency signals.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a standard user account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent, guardian, company, organisation, or other authorised representative, to create a developer account, submit an app on behalf of a developer, or enter into paid services.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not sell, transfer, share, or misuse your account or access credentials.
We may require additional verification for developer accounts, app submissions, app ownership claims, repository ownership claims, or other restricted features.
SafeHaven may allow developers, authorised representatives, and users to submit apps for listing.
Apps may be submitted by:
If you are not the developer, owner, maintainer, publisher, or authorised representative of an app, you must not claim to be one.
Submitting an app does not automatically make you the verified developer of that app, give you control over the listing, or entitle you to manage future updates.
We may reject, delay, remove, delist, restrict, rescan, reclassify, or review any app, update, APK, repository link, or listing at our discretion.
SafeHaven may mark apps, developers, repositories, APKs, signing keys, or updates as verified or unverified.
A verified label means only that the verification checks shown by SafeHaven were completed. These checks may include developer account verification, repository ownership verification, signing key continuity, package identity checks, or other trust checks.
A verified label is not a warranty, endorsement, guarantee, certification, manual audit, or promise that an app is safe, secure, vulnerability-free, privacy-respecting, or free from harmful behaviour.
An unverified label means that SafeHaven has not verified developer control or ownership of the app or listing. Unverified apps may still display repository links, source information, scan results, APK hashes, signing key information, timestamps, and other transparency signals.
We may update, remove, downgrade, or revise verification status at any time if new information becomes available, if ownership changes, if a signing key changes, if a repository changes, if a listing becomes misleading, or if we detect security, legal, or trust concerns.
You must not advertise, describe, or rely on SafeHaven verification status in a misleading way.
By submitting an app, update, APK, repository link, metadata, icon, screenshot, description, support link, or other material, you confirm that:
SafeHaven may allow apps to display public source repositories, open-client repositories, licence information, release links, issue trackers, documentation, or related project links.
If you claim that an app is open source, source-available, open-client, reproducible, or linked to a specific repository, the claim must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We may ask for repository ownership proof, such as a token, file, commit, release artifact, account check, signing key check, or another verification method.
Source or repository verification does not mean that we have fully audited the source code, confirmed every build output, verified every commit, or guaranteed that the app is safe.
It only means that the specific verification checks shown by SafeHaven were completed.
SafeHaven may extract, store, compare, and display technical metadata, including APK signing certificate fingerprints, APK hashes, package names, version codes, version names, file sizes, repository links, scan timestamps, and related information.
Future updates may be checked against previous signing key information. If a signing key changes unexpectedly, we may block, flag, delay, delist, or require further verification before accepting the update.
You must not impersonate another developer, package name, brand, signing identity, repository, app, or project.
SafeHaven may scan submitted apps and updates using hash intelligence, static analysis, machine learning, permission analysis, repository checks, signing key checks, third-party tools, manual checks, or other security processes.
Scan results are informational and based on the checks available at the time of scanning.
A result such as "No known threat detected" does not mean that an app is guaranteed to be safe, secure, vulnerability-free, privacy-respecting, malware-free, or free from harmful behaviour.
We may rescan apps after publication, including when APK hashes, signing keys, permissions, repositories, metadata, threat intelligence, detection rules, or user reports change.
We may update, withdraw, or revise scan results, trust signals, verification labels, warnings, or listing status at any time.
You must not submit, upload, link to, distribute, or promote apps or content that:
Users and submitters may be able to submit names, descriptions, comments, reviews, links, icons, screenshots, repository references, support links, reports, or other content.
You are responsible for the content you submit.
We may moderate, edit, hide, remove, restrict, or report content if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, platform safety requirements, user trust, or the security of the service.
We may provide ways for users, developers, rights holders, security researchers, or third parties to report apps, listings, content, malware, impersonation, copyright issues, privacy issues, misleading claims, or security concerns.
We may remove, restrict, hide, delist, or disable content while investigating a report.
Where appropriate, we may allow a submitter, developer, or rights holder to respond to a report, fix an issue, submit evidence, or appeal a decision.
We are not required to restore any app, account, listing, verification label, ranking, metadata, or scan result.
Payments may be processed by third-party vendors such as PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Paid features may include cloud services, account features, storage plans, security services, priority processing, developer tools, or other optional services.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund.
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, app, file, repository, operating system, or network.
We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
You retain ownership of content and apps you submit, subject to the rights you grant us below.
By submitting apps, APKs, metadata, icons, screenshots, repositories, links, reports, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, scan, analyse, display, distribute, cache, process, store, and use those materials as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve SafeHaven and related ColourSwift services.
You must ensure you have the rights needed to grant this licence.
We retain all rights in our own services, software, branding, designs, systems, databases, scanning logic, trust signals, reports, and infrastructure, except where we expressly state otherwise.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may process technical and security data such as IP addresses, device information, account identifiers, APK hashes, signing certificate fingerprints, package names, version information, repository links, scan results, reports, and usage logs where needed to operate, secure, prevent abuse, and improve the services.
You must not:
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, app listing, submitter access, developer status, verification status, access to paid features, or use of the services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for users, submitted harmful content, misled us or users, failed verification, or caused operational, legal, or security concerns.
You remain responsible for any outstanding fees at termination.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that any app listed on SafeHaven is safe, secure, legal, suitable, available, vulnerability-free, malware-free, privacy-respecting, or compatible with your device.
Security scans, trust signals, source checks, signing key checks, repository checks, verification labels, warnings, and review processes are informational signals only.
Users are responsible for deciding whether to download, install, trust, or use any app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, service interruption, security incidents caused by third-party apps, or damage caused by apps submitted by third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify users or submitters through the service, website, email, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
